For a decade Marina worked as a management consultant in the financial sector. However it was following a near-death experience and her own seven-year journey to motherhood she became a pioneer in health innovation uniquely combining complementary and conventional medicines. She authored 3 Steps to Fertility - A Couple's Guide to Maximising Their Ability to Conceive, now translated into six languages, which has helped thousands of couples worldwide achieve their dream of parenthood. Families across continents have credited Marina's compassionate, evidence-based approach for making the impossible possible, with testimonials describing her as a "lifeline" at their lowest moments.
Her influence in health continues through her forthcoming book, 8 Superpowers of Self-Discovery (Spring 2026).
Working for over 35 years as a business consultant to start ups to corporates, Marina chose to spend five years researching the growth of billion-dollar companies, which resulted in identifying clear patterns of strategies adopted by companies.
Her book, 8 Superpowers of Successful Entrepreneurs, commissioned by a U.S. publisher, is now featured in 5,000+ universities worldwide, giving students and business owners alike access to proven strategies.
Marina has coached more than 100 businesses and 500+ leaders across multiple sectors, delivering sustainable growth. Her programmes blend consultancy services with accelerators, mentoring, and thought leadership, empowering start-ups, scale-ups, and corporates alike. She has been particularly committed to female founders, youth entrepreneurs, designing a scholarship and tailored programmes to widen access to growth opportunities.
Innovation is at the heart of everything Marina does. As Co-Founder of Konverge, Marina built a platform where forward-thinking young entrepreneurs can network, learn, and grow together.
Currently in development is Marina.ai—an AI-powered coaching platform set to launch in Q1 2026. This groundbreaking tool will democratize access to world-class coaching, making transformational guidance available to anyone, anywhere.
The legacy extends beyond business as Marina is writing her fourth book on Purpose-Led Leadership. (Published Summer 2026)
"True innovation isn't just about creating something new—it's about creating something that transforms lives for generations to come."
Marina has won seven national and international awards, including International Business Woman of the Year, Best Start-Up, Best Product (from over 80 global entrants), and Woman in Business.
She judges prestigious business awards, and has raised over $20m in venture capital for start-ups and scale-ups, including a F1 sports team, Caterham F1 raising £2.7m in 7 days. Combined with her academic recognition — adoption by Cranfield, distribution through The Case Centre, invitations to write university book chapters, and endorsements from academic leaders — she stands as both a practitioner and an authority whose influence spans commercial, social, and academic arenas.
Giving back isn't just something Marina does—it's woven into the fabric of who she is. After a near death experience, and grateful for a second chance at life, Marina experienced a mortality motivation to pay-it-forward by helping humanity and the planet.
Her philanthropic work extends globally, from supporting underserved communities to funding initiatives that promote education, health, and environmental sustainability. Marina believes that success is measured not by what we accumulate, but by what we contribute.
