All purchases on MarinaNicholas.com are final unless otherwise stated. For digital products (downloads, templates, recordings, or online resources), refunds are not provided once access has been delivered. If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve it. If we cannot provide access within a reasonable time due to an error on our side, we will offer a refund.
For services (including consultancy days, intensives and coaching), refunds are not typically offered once time has been reserved, preparation has started, or delivery has begun. Where a refund is considered, it will be handled fairly and reasonably on a case-by-case basis.
A Consultancy Day reserves dedicated diary time and preparation. Rescheduling is permitted once with 7+ calendar days' notice (subject to availability). Cancellations must be made in writing (email is fine). The following cancellation charges apply to the full day rate:
If you have already paid a deposit, it will be applied toward the cancellation fee. If the cancellation fee exceeds the deposit paid, the remaining balance will be invoiced and payable within 7 days.
