My Fasting Journey: From Crisis to Transformation
My relationship with fasting began out of necessity. After being in intensive care twice — once in my 30s due to IVF drugs over-stimulation, and again in my 50s from chlorine poisoning — I turned to healing my body from the inside out. That moment changed everything.
My first experience was in my 30s when I went to a 10-day juice retreat with my mother to extract the chemical poisons in my body. That retreat experience transformed my life and became my lifestyle.
I'm a 'longevity geek' with a Human Biology degree, fascinated by the body's power to heal itself. I love to study experts, follow their advice, and test their programs over days, weeks, and months to see what works. Then I simplify what works into practical approaches I can share with others.
